These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using our website and participating in our programs. SilverTech society is a program by Seen Mission Inc. By accessing this website or signing up for our updates, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Text Message (SMS) Opt-in
Providing a phone number is optional. It is not required to provide a phone number to use this website, submit a contact form, or RSVP for a workshop.

You may opt in to receive text messages from Seen Mission Inc., operating as SilverTech Society. If you opt in, we may send messages about local workshops, event reminders, scheduling updates, volunteer opportunities, and related organizational updates.
Message frequency may vary based on your location, interests, and local event schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

2. Workshops and Events
SilverTech Society uses this website to share information about our community programs, collect interest forms, and allow people to RSVP for workshops, and register for online classes.
Some online classes require payment. The applicable price will be visibly displayed before purchase.
Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any free workshop at our discretion. If an event is changed or canceled, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you in advance using the contact details provided.
2a. In-Person Workshops and Tech Help
SilverTech Society workshops and tech help sessions are offered for educational and community support purposes.
Our volunteers help participants understand and use devices, apps, accounts, and online tools. They are not legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or professional advisors.
Participants are responsible for their own devices, accounts, passwords, personal information, and decisions. SilverTech Society is not responsible for losses, account issues, device problems, or other consequences from actions taken based on general guidance provided during a workshop or tech help session.
2b. Paid Online Classes
Access to online classes is intended only for the registered participant. Sharing meeting links or unauthorized distribution of class materials is prohibited.

The same educational limitations and disclaimers described in Section 2a also apply to online classes.
Pricing: Class prices are listed at the time of purchase. Prices may change for future classes without prior notice. Changes do not affect purchases that have already been completed.
Discount codes: Promotional and discount codes may be available for selected classes or promotions. Codes must be entered and applied before completing the purchase.
Discount codes cannot be applied after payment has been completed.
Payment: Payments for online classes are processed securely through third-party payment providers, such as Stripe or PayPal. SilverTech Society does not collect or store your full payment card information.

By completing a purchase through our website, you authorize Seen Mission Inc., operating as SilverTech Society, to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout to complete your purchase. If you are entitled to a refund or other payment adjustment under these Terms, you authorize us to issue the applicable credit to the original payment method.
Purchases may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider and your card issuer or financial institution. You are responsible for complying with those terms. Any fees, interest, or charges imposed by your card issuer or financial institution remain your responsibility.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the class is scheduled to start.

If SilverTech Society cancels a paid class and no suitable replacement session is offered, participants will be notified and receive a full refund.

Use of Materials: All class materials, presentations, handouts, recordings, and other content are the intellectual property of SilverTech Society, a program of Seen Mission, Inc., unless otherwise noted.

Audio recording, video recording, screen recording, photography, and other forms of reproduction of any class session are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from SilverTech Society.

Class materials are provided exclusively for the personal educational use of registered participants. They may not be copied, distributed, published, uploaded, shared, or used for any other purpose without the direct written consent of SilverTech Society. Permission requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.​
3. Participant Conduct
SilverTech Society is committed to providing a welcoming, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Participants are expected to treat instructors, volunteers, staff, and fellow participants with courtesy and respect.

Insults, harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or other conduct that interferes with a respectful learning environment will not be tolerated.
SilverTech Society reserves the right to remove a participant from a class if their behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.
Repeated violations or a serious violation may result in suspension or permanent exclusion from future classes, workshops, or other SilverTech Society programs.
4. Donations
We may accept donations through the website or during in-person events to support our community mission. Donations are handled through third-party payment or transfer services. SilverTech Society does not store credit card information on this website.
5. Content Ownership, Copyright, and Use of Materials
All text, graphics, logos, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Seen Mission Inc. and are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
6. Contact Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may share your contact information with a partner church, local club, or community organization in your city or region if you opted in by checking a consent box in one of the forms.
