What is a Tech Concierge?

Like a traditional concierge, who knows the landmarks, services, and shortcuts of a city, a Tech Concierge can share their knowledge of devices, apps, and platforms to help others.

STS Fellowship
Overview

The SilverTech Fellowship Program provides a structured pathway for students to acquire professional experience while serving in their community. 

The program combines relevant professional training with opportunities for face-to-face work.

Young adults build confidence, develop interpersonal skills, engage across generations, and explore specialized entry roles within their field of interest.

Participants progress through its four levels based on experience and commitment. Each level includes a certificate of achievement, and progression is recognized with an award.

Who is this program for?

  • Young adults interested in service, leadership, and work experience.

  • Students in technology, education, psychology, social sciences, theology, marketing, digital media, or business who want to build interpersonal and practical skills.

Does it require tech expertise or previous experience?

No prior experience or technical expertise is required. What matters most is basic comfort with everyday devices, curiosity about technology, and a willingness to learn and support others.
